Hotel Argantonio

Es un hotel pequeño y acogedor muy bien situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad lo que permite hacer turismo cultural más que de playa; para eso ya existen otros hoteles en la propia ciudad

Mejoraría la insonorización de las habitaciones, se oye más de lo deseable al vecino; revisaría las puertas de las habitaciones, la nuestra por lo menos costaba abrir y cerrar y he echado de menos una mesa en la propia habitación donde poder trabajar comodamente con el ordenador

La senora se llama Carmen en recepcion; una mujer simpatica

Solo hay un pano (lo siento, no tengo acentos) de limpiar en la silla en mi dormitorio cuando llegue....pusolo en la basura!

Tiene una ubicación estupenda en la zona antigua de la ciudad. Me ha gustado mucho la decoración con cosas antiguas, aunque quizás hay demasiados objetos en las habitaciones y los baños, creo que quitando alguna cosa daría más sensación de amplitud. Muy bien tambien los desayunos en cuanto a variedad y un comedor muy agradable.

Lo pero es el aparcamiento, bastante dificil porque incluso los parking estaban completos.

This was the most peaceful hotel ever for a city centre, mainly due to the lack of traffic. Very comfortable.

Parking is an absolute nightmare! None at or near the hotel. The one recommended by the hotel was full and finding another took some time, then a long walk in the rain! However, the people of Cadiz are extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and furnished. As requested at the time of booking, we were allocated a quiet room not facing the strreet and the room was indeed very quiet. We found the beds extremely comfortable and the location of the hotel very convenient.

Although the breakfast buffet was certainly more varied than the norm in Spanish hotels, unfortunately much of the selection was not to our personal taste, eg we would have preferred hard boiled eggs kept warm rather than served ice cold from the fridge, croissants without a sticky, sweet glaze, and some fresh fruit rather than sticky cakes. My vegetarian partner could not eat the cheese as it was served on the same plate as sliced ham.
