Ventajas: Car was almost new, clean, and perfect.
Desventajas: Check-in was a bit lengthy. Allianz insurance doesn't matter for Sixt.

Ventajas: Drop-off was super easy. Car was clean and well maintained.
Desventajas: Pick-up was a disaster that took 45 minutes longer than necessary, as my car was in the facility, but not ready to be taken out.

Desventajas: Too many customers, too few staff. Took 45 min to get to the desk. Drop off center at Lisbon Airport needs much better signage.

Ventajas: Pickup in airport.
Desventajas: I booked a Mercedes (or similar) and laid a premium price and I got a Mitsubishi. Not similar at all for the same price. Not happy w Sixt.

Ventajas: Nice staff. Good car.
Desventajas: We ended up with car trouble and got a ride with a local (hired by sixt) to drive us 3 hours to the nearest sixt location which was in Lisbon. We were near the Spain’s boarder. The guy was an insane driver who didn’t speak a word of English. We were suppose to pick up another car but didn’t bother.
